Thought this was a complete cap ended up being a oil cap cover quality of item is good just wasn't what I was expecting when i bought it

Opened hood last weekend to add Trans dipstick and it was gone? Not sure if stolen or rattled off? Will get another and maybe glue on instead of just snap-on.
