FUEL FILTER KIT ('98.5-'99, 24V - 5.9L)

Description

Has your '98.5-'99, 24V Turbo Diesel developed a leak at either the top of the fuel filter housing or at the O-ring area of the fuel heater due to years of use and material fatigue?

Have you tried to source a replacement kit from Chrysler of Cummins only to find it is no longer available or ridiculously priced?

Here is a cost-effective solution: use a replacement filter head and corresponding filter/water separator from the '94 to '96 vintage truck.

Kit includes:

• Billet aluminum fuel filter head with fuel filter nipple
• FS19519 fuel filter
• 3831852 water-in-fuel sensor
• (4) banjo bolt gaskets

To make the water-in-fuel sensor operative you simply cut and splice into the existing wire leads to the sensor.

NOTE: This kit does not have provisions for checking your fuel pressure. If you wish to check the pressure we would recommend ordering a tapped banjo bolt.

NOTE: This kit does not have provisions for the fuel heater unit.
