ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT KIT - GATES ('03-'12)

Getting ready to have the serpentine belt replaced & I knew the pulley & tensioner needed replaced as preventative maintenance. I had called the selling dealer to check on part prices out of curiosity. Belt $94.00. Pulley $162.00. Tensioner $702.00. Tax not included. I knew the dealer would be higher, but not that much higher. Just wanted to say thank you for providing parts for our trucks at a very reasonable price. Ordered on a Wednesday, received order the following Saturday.

Well worth the money. Didn't realize how much lack of tension I was functioning with. Pretty easy to install, and took less than 45 min. FYI, the idler pulley is 30 ft. lbs. torque and the tensioner bolt is 50 ft lbs. torque. I spent more than an hour looking for those. Truck runs proud again!!

I ordered this kit. But did not do my homework. This kit is for a Cummins with out a jake brake. 3947077 Is the part number for the belt needed if you are running a Jake brake
