Description

The PML10361 aluminum rear differential cover for the '03-'13 2500 and '03-'18 Dodge Ram 3500 trucks with a 11.5 American Axle differential provides many benefits for off-road, towing, and racing applications.

The differential cover features:

  • Sand-cast aluminum construction.
  • Machined gasket flanges. The result is a finished part that increases the torsional strength of the differential housing and a gasket surface that remains flat better than stock parts.
  • Increased fluid capacity to reduce oil temperatures. (+.75 qt.)
  • Magnetic drain plug makes oil changes easy.
  • Raised cooling fins to help transfer heat from fluid.
The PML 11.5" rear differential cover adds 3/4 quart to the fluid capacity of your differential. This cover features a blank boss that can be drilled and tapped for a 1/8 NPT temperature sensor (no larger).

This rear differantial cover is a great upgrade from the factory. It provides more capasity for fluid, and give you a drain plug, and fill check plug making service much easier. The only down side is they ship it with hex head bolts making it much more difficult to torque them down.
