Description

Changing the oil in your '13-'24 6.7L Dodge Cummins Diesel truck can get messy quick. The oil filter is in a tight spot and when you go to remove it, the oil will run out the top and onto the truck or floor.

A plastic knock off similar to our original billet aluminum LT-OFC-TOOL. This tool is plastic and threads into the filter for a secure seal so the filter can be removed or installed without spilling oil. The tool also allows you to pre-lube the filter before installation.

Ordered this with some other parts I needed. Figured for 10 bucks it would be worth a shot. Tested it with filter inverted to "clean" threads and put it to use. While only about 3 or 4 threads make it into filter it held fine. Compared to the metal one available I would say this is more of a "homeowners" model and not as robust or industrial as the metal one. However I only change my oil maybe twice a year this one should do fine. If I was changing more often then I would definitely get the metal one. It was nice to have a "clean" oil change and be able to fill my filter before installing. Very happy with purchase. Thanks Geno's!

Bought to make filter changes cleaner and easier. Works great! Unscrew filter and drop down, screw this on top and pull out, easy peasy!
